Triphala
Combination of the three fruits Hirada, Behada and Amla has several medicinal properties and is widely used in many Ayurvedic formulations, but it has an important role in the process of digestion and excretion, making it an important ingredient of Constac Plus.
Hirada (Black Myrobalan fruit)
An important herb in the Ayurvedic formulation of Triphala. It provides bulking fiber to the stool and acts as a mild laxative easing the movement of stool in the colon. It also enhances digestion and increases the absorption of nutrients during the digestive process.
Behada (Beleric Myrobalan fruit)
Another important herb in the Ayurvedic formulation of Triphala. It is a mild laxative and a liver detoxifier. It also aids in the treatment of digestive disorders like indigestion and constipation.
Amla (Indian Gooseberry fruit)
It is considered as a rejuvenating fruit balancing the three ‘doshas’ – ‘Vata’, ‘Kapha’ and ‘Pitta.’ It is one of the richest sources of Vitamin C in nature and boosts immunity.
