Scientifically Developed
Constac has undergone a scientific research and development process based on traditional Ayurvedic principles and modern clinical evaluations. The medicine has been perfected with regular patient follow-ups and feedbacks for a period of over 5 years at our specialized proctology hospitals. It all started as a single formulation with a combination of a few herbs in the powdered form. It eventually evolved into uniquely processed granules in two different formulations having adequately proportioned essential herbs, in a mild and a strong form to treat patients suffering from different degrees of constipation. This was a pioneering effort in its category when for the first time two ayurvedic formulations Constac and Constac Plus were being offered to patients, with varying degrees of constipation (mild and chronic) for a period of over 4 years now.

How Constac acts on Mild Constipation?

Constipation, Acidity and Gas goes away!
- Constac is a mild laxative which has a specially developed formulation of essential herbs in an optimal proportion.
- It has undergone unique processing to improve its desired and targeted action on mild constipation and its symptoms (Patent pending). The fiber content in it absorbs water, adds bulk and softens the stool. The oil content in Constac lubricates the intestinal walls and also mobilizes and softens the hard stool.
- A balanced amount of stimulant in it results in mild intestinal peristalsis, which mobilizes the stool and facilitates the smooth cleaning of the bowel system.
- Medicated salt helps in maintaining the normal body electrolyte balance. A low concentration of stimulants in Constac makes it safe and non-habit forming.
- Other essential herbs and the medicated salt in Constac take care of the symptoms of indigestion, acidity, bloating and flatulence commonly associated with constipation.
- The mix of herbs in Constac also serves another purpose, to improve its taste – it tastes better not bitter!
- Finally, the communicative packaging is also intended to “begin healing with a good feeling.”
- Hence, we can say with satisfaction that Constac has evolved into one of the safest non-habit forming formulations, which can be taken on a daily basis as a part of one’s regular diet and lifestyle.
